Terms and conditions

We offer all standard Kitchen Iron products on a 7 day sale or return basis. If you are not completely happy with any of the products supplied, we will either replace them or offer a full refund.

We are happy to pay carriage costs on any defective items, however should you simply not like the item and wish to return or exchange it, the standard carriage charge will apply on delivery and return. Items must be in perfect condition.

We cannot take responsibility for third party contractors. We recommend that you await delivery before employing an installer.

All Kitchen Iron products have a 3 year guarantee on defectiveness. However this does not cover the product for wear and tear, or to damage due to poor maintenance or misuse. Kitchen Irons are not dishwasher safe and they should not be exposed to excess moisture.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to goods being dispatched. Refunds will be made within 30 days.

Bespoke Service

Bespoke orders require a 30% deposit prior to work commencing. The design will be agreed between you and Kitchen Irons prior to work commencing on the item, at this time your order will be considered to be placed. You will not be able to cancel your purchase of a bespoke item once your order has been placed. Payment in full must be made and cleared before the bespoke item is dispatched. Bespoke products may NOT be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty or have been damaged in transit.
